The race is on once again at Pine Banks Park! October 7th 2018 marks the 26th annual Walk for Bread & 5K Run event! We at Pine Banks Park are honored to be the location of this wonderful event and encourage everyone to come out and support the charity. The Bread of Life foundation itself says that:
“Your participation will mean food on the table for many neighbors who find themselves struggling to meet their basic needs for food, housing and health care. This is [their] major annual fundraising event, helping [them] provide over 1 million meals a year for neighbors in need in Malden, Melrose, Everett, Medford and six surrounding communities…”
